PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Balance is a superior blend of neutralizing agents and specialty additives which create a solution unmatched in the industry. Balance neutralizes residues left from acid based stains and other acid based products used on concrete for cleaning and preparing purposes, such as muriatic acid. A concrete surface with a neutral pH is required for pretty much all coatings to properly adhere to the substrate. Balance does neutralize the surface, but also contains a special additive which not only results in excellent coating adhesion, but enhances acid stain applications.
